In our program, we measure success by completion and true practice. Mastery points are a special way we track our participant's authentic growth throughout the program. They are earned with each assignment and represent a clear, data-driven measure of development.
How Do Participants Earn Points:
Every time a participant submits an assignment, they earn points based on four key factors:
- Quality: The thoughtfulness and completeness of their submitted work.
- Authenticity: The genuineness and vulnerability in their responses.
- Commitment: Their dedication to meeting timelines and program expectations.
- Engagement: Their active participation and collaboration within the program.
Mastery points help our participants see their progress in real-time, proving that they are building skills they can use for the rest of their career.
1. Career Path: Pay-As-You-Grow
This pathway is an excellent option for individuals who want to invest in their growth without a large upfront cost. Our participants pay for each module separately as they complete it, and the remaining program fee is paid after they secure a new role through our services.
To ensure their success, this program utilizes a Mastery Points system. Participants must earn a specific number of points on each assignment to progress to the next module. If they do not meet the threshold on their first attempt, they can resubmit their work with detailed feedback from the BVisionRY team to earn additional points.
Upon successful completion of all modules and required Mastery Points, participants gain exclusive access to our Elite Pool and specialized placement services. This pathway is a direct investment in their future, designed to make their career leap both achievable and financially accessible.

This is our premium option for leaders who want to fully commit to their journey with a single, upfront payment. This plan provides access to all four program modules, allowing our participants to resubmit assignments at their own pace.
While they do not need to earn Mastery Points to open their next module, participants must still earn a specific number of points on their assignments to qualify for our exclusive Elite Pool and specialized placement services. The ultimate benefit of this plan is that the hiring fee is waived if we successfully place them in a new role, providing a seamless and financially clear path to their next career opportunity.

- Pay-as-you-Grow: Participants can pay $500 USD per module. This flexible option allows them to take one module or all four, progressing at their own pace.
- Full Program Payment: Participants can pay a discounted price of $1,500 USD (a 25% discount) for immediate access to all four modules.
For this pathway, Mastery Points are optional and are not required to progress to the next module. They have the flexibility to resubmit assignments for feedback at their own pace, but it is not a prerequisite for moving forward. This plan provides the full BVisionRY curriculum and coaching but does not include access to the Elite Pool or specialized placement services.
