Founder readiness, defined
What each of the 11 pillars measures, and what the words this platform reports back to you actually mean.
Platform terms
The vocabulary a program administrator meets in the product, in the sense the product uses it.
- Founder Readiness Index (FRI)
- Bvisionry's assessment framework. The FRI screens, diagnoses, and develops founders across 11 evidence-based mindset pillars, in one system.
- Pillar
- One of the 11 mindset dimensions the Founder Readiness Index measures. Each pillar is scored on its own 0–100 scale and carries its own strengths, development areas, and written insight.
- Maturity band
- The named range a pillar score falls into — the label a program reads instead of the raw number. Bands and their thresholds are configured per pillar, so each program can name and set its own.
- Check-in
- One completed run of an assessment assigned to a founder. An assignment can allow several check-ins so readiness is re-measured as a program progresses; a check-in is a new measurement over time, not a retry of a failed attempt.
