The rules for using Bvisionry: who our contract is with, what the assessment is and is not, and what we do not promise.

Effective July 27, 2026

This is a development instrument, not a verdict

Bvisionry produces a founder-readiness score and a written narrative. It is a tool for reflection and program design. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and it is not a hiring, funding or admissions decision. Anyone who treats a score as one is exercising their own judgement, not ours.

Who this agreement is with

Bvisionry is sold to organisations — accelerators, universities, investors and corporates — on a per-cohort basis. When your accelerator or university buys Bvisionry, our commercial contract is with them, under the agreement they signed. That agreement governs price, cohort size, term, and everything else commercial; nothing on this page changes it.

If you are a founder taking an assessment, you are a user inside that organisation's account, and these terms govern your use of the platform. What your program does with your results is between you and your program.

Your program's administrators create, suspend and remove accounts inside their organisation, and decide who is assigned which assessment. We act on their instructions for their members.

What the assessment is

The Founder Readiness Index scores written and rated answers across a set of mindset pillars and produces a numeric score, a maturity band, strengths, development areas, and a narrative.

It measures what you wrote, on the day you wrote it. Answer differently and you will score differently. It does not predict whether a company will succeed, and no score produced here should be the sole basis for a decision about a person.

AI-generated content carries no warranty of accuracy

Scores, narratives, recommendations, the cohort insight reports your program sees, and the AI-use signal are produced by large language models. Model output can be wrong, can differ between two runs over the same answers, and can state something confidently that is not true.

We provide all of it as-is. We do not warrant that any AI-generated statement about you or your venture is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose. If a result looks wrong, tell your program administrator — an evaluation can be re-run.

The AI-use signal in particular is a probability estimate, not a finding of fact. It must not be treated as proof that a person did or did not write something, and it should never be the only basis for an accusation or a penalty.

Acceptable use

Answer as yourself. Do not complete an assessment on someone else's behalf, and do not have an AI write your answers — we check for it, and your program decides what to do about the result.

Do not try to reach data that is not yours, probe or bypass the platform's access controls, scrape the platform, resell access to it, or try to force a particular score by writing instructions into an answer instead of an answer.

Do not upload anything unlawful or malicious, or anything you do not have the right to share — including confidential information belonging to someone else.

Your account

Your account is yours. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us or your administrator promptly if you think someone else has it. Actions taken with your credentials are treated as yours.

Some organisations sign in through their own identity provider. Where they do, that organisation controls the account and its own policies apply alongside these terms.

Suspension and termination

Your program administrator can suspend or remove your account within their organisation at any time. We can suspend or end access where an account is used in breach of these terms, or where the organisation's own agreement with us ends.

You can delete your own account at any time from your profile page, and deleting it is irreversible. Two roles must hand over first: a platform super admin, and the last remaining admin of an organisation — the platform refuses those deletions so that no organisation is left without an administrator.

When an organisation's account ends, its administrators are responsible for exporting anything they still need.

Ownership

The assessment instrument — the pillars, the questions, the scoring rubrics, the report formats, and this website — belongs to Bvisionry. Using the platform does not transfer any of it to you.

Your answers remain yours. By submitting them you give us the permission we need to process them in order to run the assessment and to produce and deliver your results, in the way the privacy policy describes.

No warranty, and what we are not liable for

The platform is provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular outcome from taking an assessment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions anyone makes on the basis of a score, a narrative, or an AI-use signal — including selection, funding, grading, promotion, or termination decisions.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page and revise the effective date above when these terms change. Continuing to use the platform after that is how the new version is accepted.

The commercial terms in your organisation's signed agreement change only through that agreement, never through this page.
